Found Male Cat – Brown Tabby Shorthair

This beautiful cat has been hanging around our house for a few weeks- approximately since the middle of May. He looks well fed but he's here a lot which makes me think he is lost. He was very skittish at first but now is very friendly with me. He looks to be a boy but not quite sure. He has a very strange meow - very low and hoarse. He shows up every evening and hangs out with our cat. He has belonged to someone but is clearly lost.
