Found Female Cat – Black and White Longhair

We have seen this cat on and off throughout the summer here and there but kept her/his distance but now that it is cold out, she follows you around and wnats attention. She/he is super hungry and has been in out back yard on and off throughout the day/night since Dec 7th.
