Found Male Cat – Orange Tabby with White Shorthair **sighting only**

This is the second time I’ve seen this kitty in the same area. I tried to get him/her. He stopped and looked at me then took off and I lost him. It was 12:15 January 11th for the second sighting. If someone is missing him he’s staying in this area and might come to someone he knows:(

He is orange and white. Both hind legs are white
